Introduction
The QE second market 'Venture Market' provides a listing and trading venue for stocks of growth companies such as small & medium companies and companies that do not fulfil listing requirement in the main market, under a more flexible regulatory regime in terms of track record, profitability, and continuous disclosure requirements. The market will allow these growth companies to access the required funds necessary for growth. It is important for investors to be aware that The risks in this market are different from the risks in the main market.
