Subject: Statement and Commitment

We recognise that, within the measures of the Ministry of Public Health in the inspection of food consignments at the ports of entry, and in accordance with the provisions of Qatar Law No. 8/1990 and its amendments, on the regulation of food control and in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Public Health in achieving the best possible level of food safety and suitability, That the Ministry of public health make the temporary release of some consignments before their final release for many reasons, including:

• 1- Taking samples for laboratory analysis and waiting for laboratory results.

• 2- The need to complete inspection of consignments in warehouses of the company.

• 3- The existence of some irregularities until the re-export, destruction, taking the final decision from administration, or other reasons.
