Greetings from the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP),

DHP announced the end of the contractual agreement with GBS on February 7, 2024, as one of the two approved companies by DHP concerned with verifying healthcare practitioners' certificates from their primary source (Primary Source Verification).

DHP calls upon healthcare practitioners and employers to deal exclusively with the other approved company regarding certificate verification as a requirement for licensure. The department reaffirms its commitment to this policy, aiming to provide the healthcare sector with competent healthcare practitioners and ensure the delivery of safe healthcare services.
