Subject: | Clarification on Requirements of “Change Place of Work” Application for Healthcare Practitioners |
Date: | 19 September 2023 |
“Greetings from the department of Healthcare Professions (DHP).”
Department of Healthcare Professions is committed to transparency regarding the requirements of registration and licensing applications. We are dedicated to clearly defining the responsibilities of practitioners, their place of work, as well as the department itself concerning the noted applications. Accordingly, we kindly request your attention to the following points:
The transfer of a healthcare practitioner's QID (Sponsorship) from their former workplace to their new one signifies the employer's consent to transfer the practitioner's license. It also acknowledges the release of the practitioner from any associated responsibilities or obligations. In this scenario, the practitioner is not required to provide a no-objection letter (NOC) from their previous employer.
