In the Department of Healthcare Professions’ (DHP) Pursuit to maintain accurate records of the healthcare practitioners’ data, and in its interest to provide the public with high-quality information on its website about licensed practitioners and their places of work, all medical directors are obliged to inform the Department of Healthcare Professions in case the facility is closed for any reason, whether this closure is temporary or permanent within a maximum period of three working days.

Accordingly, the notification should be via a letter addressed to the department signed and stamped by the medical director, and sent to the email address: dhpregistration@moph.gov.qa or delivered by hand in the department’s customer services offices (Office 28 or 29) on the designated days
