Department of Documentation

This Manual contains description, demonstration and requirements of a set of legal and electronic services of Department of Documentation that can be delivered through «SAK» system. «SAK» enables provision of the services with high efficiency, perfect quality, in a timely manner and by simpler procedures. Department of Documentation aims at becoming a leading institution in legal service provision and effectively contributes to the establishment of an outstanding legal system through delivery of electronic services, provided by various interfaces (Comprehensive Employee, Electronic Portal or through by phone application). Services are delivered at the best and highest international standards using modern technology. In addition, services are updated periodically to include all types of the department of Documentation services in the future.

Service Delivery Centers

Services are provided to applicants through the Ministry branches and external offices that are geographically spread across the State and which are opened and available in both morning and evening shifts.
