After perusal of Qatar Law No. 8/2012 on Qatar Financial Markets Authority, amended by Qatar Decree-Law No. 22/2018;

Law of Arbitration in Civil and Commercial Matters issued by Qatar Decree-Law No. 2/2017, and its amendments;

Qatar Emiri Decision No. 29/1996 on the cabinet decisions submitted to the Emir for ratification and issuance;

The Regulation for Settlement of Disputes arising from transactions related to securities through arbitration issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority Board Decision No. 4/2010; and

Based on the approval of the Council of Ministers on the draft of this Decision during its ordinary meeting no. (20) of 2023 held on 31/05/2023,
