Qatar Law No. 20/2019 on the Issuance of the Law of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism;

Qatar Cabinet Decision No. 41/2019 on the Issuance of the Implementing Regulation of the Law of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism issued by Qatar Law No. 20/2019;

Qatar Financial Markets Authority Decision No. 2/2010 on the Issuance of the Manual of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Rules issued on 31/5/2010;

The approval of the Board of Directors of Qatar Financial Markets Authority in its sixth meeting for the year 2019 held on 16 December 2019;

Based on the proposal of the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority;
