Qatar Financial Markets Authority Board Decision No. 7/2019
Concerning the Amendment of Some Provisions of Investigation Committee Procedures Issued by Qatar Financial Markets Authority Board Decision No. 3/2009
The Board of Directors,
Having considered Qatar Law No. 8/2012 of Qatar Financial Markets Authority; as amended by Qatar Decree-Law No. 22/2018,
Qatar Financial Markets Authority Board Decision No. 3/2009, amended pursuant to Qatar Financial Markets Authority Board Decision No. 2/2018;
Proposal of the QFMA's Chief Executive Officer;
And QFMA's Board approval at its 4th meeting of 2019 on 22/10/2019;
We have decided the following:
Article 1
The following new article (23) shall be added to the Decision No. 3 of 2009 mentioned above.
Article (23)
The Authority's board of directors may form one or more investigation committees to consider the issues that the board deems necessary to investigate. The committee shall comply with the application of the same procedures applied in the work of the Authority's Investigation Committee.
