The Board of Directors,

Having perused the Qatar Law No. 8/2012 concerning Qatar Financial Markets Authority,

The Law of the Central Bank of Qatar and the regulation of financial institutions, issued by Qatar Law No. 13/2012,

The rules and regulations issued by the Authority,

The dealing rules in Qatar Exchange,

After cooperating with the Central Bank of Qatar,

And based on the suggestion of the CEO of Qatar Financial Markets Authority,

And the approval of the Board of Directors of Qatar Financial Markets Authority in its meeting No. 2 of 2014 held on 16 June 2014,

Decided the following:

Article 1

The rules of margin trading enclosed to this Decision shall enter into effect.

Article 2

All competent authorities, each in its own competence, shall implement this Decision and it shall enter into effect on the date of its issuance and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
