Listing of Investment Funds' Units Rules

The Required Documents Annexed to Appendix 1

The fund's founder shall provide the necessary documents and explanations for listing the fund's units, including for example, the following:

  1. An application from the founder of investments fund of listing the fund's units in the stock exchange.

  2. The required approvals to list the fund's units in accordance with legal procedures followed by the fund's founder.

  3. The approval of the Central Bank on listing for the banks and companies subject to its supervision.

  4. Updated and approved copy of statute and prospectus of the investment fund.

  5. Approved copy of commercial register, memorandum of association, the statute and a valid trade license of the company that founds investment fund.

  6. Approved list of authorized signatories names, signatures forms and copies of their ID cards.

  7. Approved and printed statement and mailed one of names of owners of the fund's units and property of each.

  8. A commitment from the fund's founder of his compliance with the regulations and rules issued by the Authority and the stock exchange.
