In the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners' pursuit to improve healthcare Sector and the quality of provided healthcare services in line with best practice in developed countries, without affecting patient's safety, the CPR requirements of “license Renewal” applications have been updated to be as following: -
CPR Course completion certificate is not required from Healthcare practitioners who are working in Governmental, Semi-Governmental and Private Healthcare institutions which have fully operational “Blue Code Team” available for 24 hours or during working hours.
All healthcare practitioners working in Governmental, Semi-Governmental and Private healthcare institutions where there is no “Blue Code Team” are required to submit CPR course completion certificate as indicated in Circular (03/2017).
