“Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) presents to you its compliment”

In the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners' pursuit to ensure the competence and eligibility of healthcare practitioners practising in the state of Qatar and guarantee the safety of patients without compromising the quality of the provided healthcare services, the requirements of “Registration/Evaluation” applications have been updated to include all existing Registration/Evaluation requirements in addition to the following:-

  1. Copy of Valid National ID from home country ( Front and back sides) ( for non-residents of Qatar)

  2. Copy of Valid QID ( Front and back sides ) ( for Qataris and residents of Qatar )

  3. Copy of primary source verification report

Note:

  • There will be a grace period of one month starting from the date of issuance of this circular.
