Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners, Accreditation Department (QCHP-AD) presents its greeting to you!

As an improvement to the CPD activity recording and reporting processes, QCHP-AD is pleased to announce the launch of electronic submission of the annual report. As of March 15 2018, the new annual report electronic form appears in CPD provider organization's e-portfolio account. The report form is intended to facilitate data entry and submission by the CPD provider organizations and to maintain the integrity of QCHP's CPD activity Database and keep it in synchronousnes with CPD Providers' databases.

All CPD Provider Organizations are required to submit their 2018 annual report (due by April 30, 2018) using the launched electronic annual report form.
