Subject | Removal of “Employer Approval” from Applications on the Electronic Registration/Licensing System |
Date | 17 September 2017 |
“Registration Department in Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners presents to you its compliments”.
In QCHP's pursuit to enhance the Registration/Licensing Electronic System by adding updates and features, the Registration Department announces the removal of the “Employer Approval” step from all the online applications except for the “Evaluation” and “Restoration to Registry” applications. Instead, it will be the practitioner's responsibility to attach a letter from the employer in the application. Accordingly, all guidelines related to the electronic applications will be updated on the QCHP website.
All the current applications that were submitted on the system before this update was implemented will still require the employer approval.
Note: A notification will continue to be sent to the employer for their approval in the two above mentioned applications, as well as a notification for their reference for the remaining applications.
