Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners – Accreditation Department (QCHP-AD) presents to you its compliments.
In reference to the CME/CPD Mandatory Participation, CPD Cycle and CPD Exemption Policies of the QCHP-AD, all licensed healthcare practitioners in the State of Qatar are mandated to participate in the National CME/CPD Program and complete their CPD cycle requirements to maintain their registration and renewal of licensure.
Being in structured training programs, Resident Physicians enrolled in Residency programs at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) were exempted from this mandate.
As of 6 March 2019, and considering the same rationale, all Resident and Fellow Physicians and Dentists enrolled in structured training (Residency or Fellowship) Programs of HMC Medical Education Department are exempted from the mandatory participation in the National CME/CPD Program.
