In alignment with extending medical license validity, and to ensure that healthcare practitioners are continuously working without break. Accordingly, it has been decided that all healthcare facilities are requested to fill & sign the attached employment letter and submit it with renewal request for each healthcare practitioner.

This will be effective from the date of circular.
