Subject: Updates to the CPR course requirements for license renewal

“Registration department in Qatar Council for Healthcare practitioners presents to you its compliments”

In order to ensure the quality of healthcare services and patient safety in the State of Qatar, as it has been noticed that some healthcare practitioners and facilities are not complying with the CPR course requirements in which they provide the registration department with registration certificates for CPR courses with undertaking letters without attending these courses and repeating this action in every renewal request . Accordingly , it has been decided as follows:

  • If a valid CPR course certificate is not available, the expired CPR course certificate which was valid in the last renewal request should be attached to the current renewal application along with the registration certificate and the undertaking letter.
