In alignment with Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners Circular No. 44/2012, dated 24 June 2012 and in the Registration Department's pursuit to improve the services and to ensure patients' safety in the healthcare facilities and in order to respect the right of the patients to know the identity and specialty of healthcare practitioners, the following has been decided:
All healthcare practitioners must wear their valid medical license issued by the Registration Department - Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners while they are acting within the scope of their employment. The medical license should be clear and visible to the patients and visitors.
