Part I - General Provisions

Article 1 - Definitions and Interpretation

1.1. Unless otherwise expressly defined in this Regulation or the context in which they are used requires otherwise, the terms listed below shall have the corresponding meanings:

  • A Measurements Means QoS measurements collected from administration systems (such as ordering system or other information systems).

  • Access Connection Means a Connection from a Local Switch to a User Network Interface.

  • Access Network Means the elements of a Telecommunications Network that connect a Local Switch to a User Network Interface

  • Active Connection Means a Connection that has registered an activity in the previous three months.

  • Annual QoS Compliance Report Means the annual QoS compliance report to be delivered by Licensees to the CRA in accordance with Article 9 of this Regulation.

  • Audit Report Means a report as described in 15.6.

  • Compensation Scheme Means the scheme described in Article 13 of this Regulation under which a Licensee must propose a compensation to End-Users for specific failures which has been pre­approved by the CRA.
