The following terms and words shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Cloud Service: Means a digital service that is provided to a customer and that enables ubiquitous and on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable, scalable and elastic computing resources of a centralised, distributed or highly distributed nature that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction.

Cloud Service Provider: Means a legal person that provides a Cloud Service to Customers (including individuals, businesses and government).

Customer: Means a natural or legal person that has a contractual relationship with a Cloud Service Provider with the objective of using one or more Cloud Services.

Data: Means any digital representation of acts, facts or information and any compilation of such acts, facts or information, including in the form of sound, visual or audio-visual recording.

Digital Assets: Means elements in digital form, including applications, for which the Customer has the right of use, independently from the contractual relationship with the Cloud Service it intends to Switch from.
