With reference to the QCB's Board Resolution No. 5/2008 on 29/6/2008 to establish the Qatar Credit Bureau attached to Annex No. (146) = IQCB-(8/1), in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (157) of the Law of the QCB , and in accordance with Circular No. (62/2009), all banks operating in the State should nominate a compliance officer to act as a contact person with the Credit Bureau, and submit all his relevant data, as soon as possible.
