Law on the Central Bank of Qatar and the Regulation of Financial Institutions promulgated by Qatar Law No. 13/2012;

Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Qatar Law No. 11/2015, amended by Qatar Law No. 8/2021;

Qatar Central Bank Decision No. 1/2016 on the determination of the percentages and conditions of ownership of shares of the financial institutions listed on the stock exchange and subject to the control and supervision of Qatar Central Bank; and

The approval of the Board of Directors of Qatar Central Bank in its third meeting for the year 2024, held on 18/09/2024,
