Subject: Loans and Liabilities of sectors affected due to Procedures taken to combat the spread of Covid-19

Within the framework of the efforts taken by the state to combat the Covid-19 virus and in support of the decisions issued by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management, the following has been decided:

All finance companies operating in Qatar shall postpone the repayment of loan installments due and interest / returns on those loans for the affected sectors, for a period of 6 months starting from 16/3/2020 for customers desiring low interest / return and without charging any commissions or delay fees and without any impact on their credit rating

These instructions are effective as from the issuance date and all contradicting instructions are cancelled.
