Subject: Guidance on Countering the Financing of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation

Pursuant to Article no. (60) of Qatar Executive Regulations No. 41/2019 issued under the AML&CFT Law No. 20/2019, and within QCB's objectives to maintain an integrated system of anti-money laundering and terrorism, and weapons of mass destructions financing, attached herewith the Guidance on Countering the Financing of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation.

As such, the principles stated in the attached guidance shall be implemented to ensure the safety and stability of the systems of anti-money laundering, terrorism financing, and weapons of mass destructions financing and the linked risk management.
