The instructions set forth herein are titled the "Insurance Price Comparison Website (PCW) Regulation" for 2023 and shall enter into force as of 06/08/2023.

This regulation is to be read in conjunction with the Law of the Qatar Central Bank and the Regulation of Financial Institutions, Qatar Law No. 13/2012, the Qatar Central Bank Executive Insurance Instructions and any other regulations or instructions the QCB promulgates for licensing, regulating, and regulating the providers of Insurance services.

The issuance of this regulation hereby repeals and replaces the previously issued regulations indicated below, and shall be considered the governing regulation for all relevant matters from the date of its enactment:
