1- What is the definition of the platform?
It is an electronic platform through which citizens, expatriates and establishments can file a complaint against entities subject to the provisions of Qatar Labour Qatar Law No. 14/2004 and the Domestic Workers Law promulgated by Qatar Law No. 15/2017 or the entities that the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs regulates their business.

The application works well on all modern browsers like Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
3- Is it possible to access the platform through smart phones?
The design of the platform allows the user to access and use it through smart phones.
4- What services are available through the platform?
Through the platform, the user can file a complaint or report a violation, follow up on complaints and also review his personal data as it is registered in the Ministry's database, and he can also update his contact data from a mobile number and an email.
