Chapter 1 - General provisions

Part 1.1 - Introductory

1.1.1 - Name of rules

These rules are the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Rules 2019 (AML/CFTR).

1.1.2 - Commencement

These rules commence on 1 February 2020.

1.1.3 - Repeal of 2010 AML/CFTR

  1. The Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Terrorist Financing Rules 2010 is repealed.
