We have been informed that the following Outpatient Psychotropic Prescriptions are missing from Badr Al Samaa Hospital, Barka Branch:

Please do not dispense any medicine if anyone present the above prescriptions. If these prescriptions have already "been dispensed, please let us know the date and send us a copy of the prescription with the patient ID.

We request all of you to always ensure that the prescriptions are genuine before dispensing of any medicine.
