Subject: Survey on Customers Satisfaction with the services provided by the Pharmacies.

In our commitment to improve pharmaceutical services & ensuring quality, as well as achieving the highest levels of satisfaction among service recipients, this is to inform you that a survey has been prepared (attached) to evaluate the quality of services provided by private pharmacies.

We kindly request you to prominently display the enclosed survey in order to enable service recipients to easily scan the barcode and access the survey to provide their feedback and comments. Kindly note that this survey is valid from the date of this circular until May 31, 2025.
