Subject: Missing of In-patient Psychotropic Prescriptions

We have been informed that the following in-patient psychotropic is missing from lbra Hospital - North Sharqiya.

Please do not dispense any medicine if anyone present the above prescription. If this prescription has already been dispensed, please let us know the date and send us a copy of the prescription with the patient ID.
