The Drug Safety Canter would like to announce that, the Customs Tariff list (HS Code) of all Medicines and Medical Device & Supplies has been updated in accordance with the Oman's Customs Tariff for 2025, issued by the Directorate General of Customs.

With taking in consideration, that all products of Medicines and Medical Devices & Supplies included in the approved list are exempted from the Tax (0% VAT).

For the necessity, all suppliers are requested to ensure that, the description of the products included in the invoice matches the appropriate customs tariff code when submitting Bayan for automatically obtain tax exemption for all Medicines and Medical Devices & Supplies.
