Subject: Cancellation of Previously Issued Import Approvals for Non-Registered Products.

This is to inform you that all import approvals for non­registered medicines, medicated medical devices, herbal products, and health products intended for supply to the private market, which were issued before 31 March 2025, are hereby considered cancelled. Accordingly, concerned importers are required to submit new import applications in line with the Guidelines on the Import of Non-Registered Medicines, available on the Ministry of Health's official website, effective immediately.

Please note the following:

• Each import permit will be valid for a single import only.

• The permit must be utilized within 3 months the date of its issue.

• Strict adherence to these requirements is essential to avoid clearance rejections of consignments at the port of entry.

This action has been taken as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the regulation of non-registered product imports and ensure alignment with national standards and public health priorities.
