With reference to Oman Ministry of Health Circular No. 25/2018 and Oman Ministry of Health Circular No. 96/2024 concerning the mandatory presence of an authorized Omani pharmacist or staff in your establishment, we regret to note continued instances of non-compliance.

In line with ongoing efforts to organize workflow and ensure service quality, you are hereby reminded that access to the Drug Safety Center's departments shall be strictly limited to authorize Omani pharmacists or staff only, for all matters pertaining to follow ­ups, inquiries, submission, and collection of institutional documents.

Submissions or communications from non-Omani representatives will not be entertained, and any resulting delays or disruptions will be the sole responsibility of the establishment in violation.

We kindly request your urgent compliance with this directive and appreciate your cooperation in upholding regulatory obligations.
