Subject: Regarding the Launch of the Tawteen Platform by the Ministry of Labour

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Labour has launched the Tawteen Platform, a strategic tool aimed at enhancing the employment of national workforce and organizing employee data across various sectors, including the private pharmaceutical sector.

The Tawteen Platform is a national electronic platform designed to facilitate recruitment, training and qualification processes, in addition to monitoring with the labour market requirements in the Sultanate of Oman. The Platform contributes to building and accurate and up-to-date database, which aids in making decisions based on real data.

Accordingly, all private pharmaceutical institutions are required to register on the platform before the deadline of 1st July 2025. After this date, requests or transactions from unregistered institutions will not be considered. A workshop will be held to explain how to use the platform and the registration process, and further details regarding the workshop will be provided in subsequent circular.
