Sub: Medical Device Establishment Approval As part of the Ministry of Health's efforts to regulate the circulation of medical devices and supplies, the registration of medical device companies and their products will be carried out following the Law Regulating the Practice of the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Institutions, issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/2015, and its executive regulations, issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 113/2020.

Accordingly, we would like to inform you that medical supply companies wishing to submit registration applications must first apply for facility registration through the Ministry of Health's electronic portal, per the conditions specified in the electronic service for registration.

This process must be completed within three months from the date of this circular by scanning the QR code below.

Only companies registered in the Ministry's records will be able to apply for services related to the registration of medical supply companies and their products, as well as the service for importing and releasing these products.
