Complete the "Submission Form for Educational Materials & Communication Plan" attached when submitting the proposed educational materials to the Department of Pharmacovigilance & Drug Information (DPV &DI) and refer to the mentioned circulars for further details and requirements.
Submit the completed form along with the material(s) in the Ministry of Health website (Submission Type: Educational Material).
