This Notice of Repeal has been raised under the provisions of CAR-11.085.

The Notice of Repeal is issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Safety Regulation Department and approved by the DGCAR for the Civil Aviation Authority.

This notification is a means of circulating essential information of an administrative nature to holders of CAA licenses and Certificates, foreign air operators in Oman, and foreign operators of Omani registered aircraft.

This Notice of Repeal (NoR/2-2021) cancels the following Civil Aviation Notices:

• (a) CAN 1-04 – Procedures and Documentation required for Aircraft Registration, Airworthiness Certification and Importation into Oman (See CAR-47 Subpart B); and

• (b) CAN 1-08 – Definitions (See CAR-1 – Foreword).

• (c) CAN 4-03 – Renewal of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licenses (See CAR-66 Subpart A)

• (d) CAN 4-08 – Cabin Safety Instructor Qualifications (See CAR OPS-1 Subpart O)
