Following Oman Central Bank Circular No. BOD/LB/259/2020 dated 26th July 2020 and in line with the Royal Directives of His Majesty to extend Eid AL Adha holiday for the Year 1441H, All Banks, Finance & Leasing Cos., Money Exchange Cos. operating in the Sultanate of Oman shall start Eid Holiday from Thursday (9th Dhul-Hijah 1441H) 30th July 2020 to Thursday (16th Dhul-­Hijah 1441H) 6th August 2020. They shall reopen for business on Sunday 9th August 2020.

The Central Bank of Oman also requests all the Banks to enhance their services during Eid Al Adha Holiday 1441H specially the Electronic Banking Services by providing technical staff to ensure the safety of the ATMs as well as the CDMs in all the governorates of the Sultanate. It also assists them to work on providing adequate cash in these machines to ensure 24 - hour continuity of service during the holiday days for goodness of the public.
