This is to advise you that on the occasion of the 51st Glorious National Day, it has been decided that all Banks / Finance & Leasing Companies / Money Exchange / Payment Services Providers operating in the Sultanate shall have an official holiday on Sunday and Monday 28th & 29th November 2021. They shall reopen for business on Tuesday 30th November 2021.

The Central Bank of Oman also requests all the Banks and Payment Services Providers, to enhance their services during the 51st National Day Holiday especially the Electronic Banking Services and to provide technical staff to ensure the proper functioning of the ATMs as well as the CDMs in all the governorates of the Sultanate. Banks also need to ensure the availability of adequate cash in these machines to ensure continuity of service during the holiday days for goodness of the public.
