Have policies and strategies in line with national objective of integrated and inclusive growth, educating, empowering and encouraging and exploiting domestic resources in transformation optimally

Strategic moves

Understanding of the market to know, identify and develop unbanked and under-banked areas (even if remote} and untapped, needy and potential segments of the community

Adequate and effective of use of data and private and public information, besides research and interactions with the community, recognized self­groups, civil society organisations representative bodies and other stake holders (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, National Center for Statistics and Information etc}.

Coordination within the sector and beyond, and linkages with public bodies, self-groups etc

Consultation and brain storming with operational staff
