Subject: Loans to Central Bank Employees

This is to draw the attention of all the Banks operating in the Sultanate of Oman to the above subject. Please be advised that the Central Bank employees applying for loan facilities from the banks shall not be given any preferential treatment and they may be treated in the same way as any other clients. In case of recovery of outstanding dues, the Banks shall follow and implement the same procedure as applicable to other clients, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Sultanate.
