Among other amendments, we would like to draw your attention particularly to the new rations in Articles 2 (a), 2(b) and 2 (c) respectively.
All licensed banks operating in the sultanate of Oman are required to adhere to the provisions of the said Regulation.

After perusing the provisions of Article 2-1.09(n) of Oman Law No. 7/1974, the Banking Law 1974 and Article 4-4.05 of Oman Law No. 7/1974 in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman No. MM/1297/107/10/99/17 at its meeting held on 12.10.1999, the following has been decided:-
