Subject: Oman Sultani Decree No. 73/1999

Annexed herewith please find a copy of Oman Sultani Decree No. 73/1999 amending Oman Sultani Decree No. 115/1994 regarding definition of instances of waiver and attachment of employees’ emoluments. The said Royal Decree has been published in the Official Gazette no. 657 dated October 16, 1999.

We direct that all banks should read the Official Gazette and implement applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations published therein.
