Pursuant to Article 2-1.09(n), 4-2.02 and 4-6.03 of Oman Law No. 7/1974, the Banking Law and in accordance with Oman Decision No. BOG/1221/104/12/1998/15 of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman, adopted at its meeting held on 16 December 1998, it has been decided as follows:
