Subject: Oman Regulation No. BM 44/7/1998 Regarding Lending Ratio

We would like to draw your attention to a Typing error in Article (2)6 of Oman Regulation No. BM 44/7/1998 the above mentioned Regulation by addition of the word “Oman”.

Article (2)6 of Oman Regulation No. BM 44/7/1998 is hereby corrected to read as follows:

• “Net amount due to other banks abroad”. This correction shall be published in the Official Gazette.

All Licensed Banks shall adhere and comply with the above correction.
