Attention of all licensed banks is invited to the Oman Central Bank Circular No. BM544/1989 and Oman Central Bank Circular No. BM545/1989 conveying the Arabic and English texts of the caption Regulation and also to Oman Central Bank Circular No. BM546/1989 in which certain clarifications were made to enable the licensed banks to understand in a better perspective the procedure applicable in conducting the operations relating to Future Transactions.
