Subject: Risk Management of Electronic Banking and Electronic Money Activities

Central Bank wishes to forward herewith for perusal of licensed banks, a copy of a report prepared by the Basle Committee on Banking Supervision (Basle Committee) on "Risk Management of Electronic Banking and Electronic Money Activities". The objective of this paper, as it may be discerned, is to disseminate appropriately, guidance "to be used both by banks in managing their activities and by supervisors in assessing whether banks are managing their risks in a prudent manner".
