Subject: Loans to Central Bank Employees

This is to draw the attention of all Commercial Banks operating in the Sultanate regarding the above subject; to treat Central Bank employees wishing to apply for loan facilities in the same way like any other customers. Central Bank employees should not be given preferential treatment in this regard. In the case of recovering outstanding dues, Banks should follow and implement the same procedure applicable to other clients, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Sultanate.
