I am pleased to inform you that H.E. Hamood bin Sangour bin Hashim has been appointed as the Executive President of the Central Bank of Oman, vide Oman Sultani Decree No. 46/1991 dated 9 June 1991.

Also H.E. Dr. Abdul Wahab Khayata has been appointed as an Advisor to the Deputy Chairman with effect from the same date, vide Oman Sultani Decree No. 47/1991.
